This concert comprised sacred and secular songs composed in Spain at the end of the 17th and the beginning of the 18th century. They are diminutive works written for one voice and one accompanying instrument: the historical Spanish harp ‘Arpa de dos órdenes’.  Sacred songs ‘Tonos Divinos’ were composed for church use. Secular songs ‘Tonos Humanos’ sing of human love, of nature and of music. The duo presented compositions by significant Spanish masters such as Durón and Navas, as well as songs by anonymous composers. All works, performed in the original Spanish, originated in the area of Eastern Spain, primarily Catalonia, Valencia and the Balearic Islands.
